Architectural Fusion: We integrated traditional elements—such as custom-fabricated wood screening and brass accents—with modern industrial finishes like polished micro-cement and matte black steel.

Ambient Lighting Concept: The lighting scheme was engineered to transition seamlessly from a bright, high-energy lunch environment to an intimate, atmospheric evening lounge. Signature Centerpiece Display: We custom-built a large, multi-tiered island in the center of the shop. Crafted from reclaimed white oak with a honed stone top, this "theatrical" display allows for 360-degree visibility of artisanal breads and pastries, serving as the functional and aesthetic heart of the store.

Contrasting Coffee Bar: To ground the space, we designed a sleek, matte-black coffee bar. This anchor piece features integrated espresso equipment housing and high-durability quartz countertops, providing a sharp, modern contrast to the warm wood tones found throughout the rest of the bakery.

Atmospheric Lighting: The lighting plan utilizes warm-spectrum (2700K) LED technology. We installed antiqued brass pendant lights over the central display and the coffee bar, creating a soft, golden glow that enhances the golden-brown crusts of the bread and provides a "homestyle" cozy feel.

Our team was commissioned to strip back a heritage storefront to its structural essence and re-layer it with warmth, light, and vintage charm.
