  • We support cross-regional cooperation and have completed project implementations in multiple provinces and cities. We will form a localized service team according to the policy requirements of the project location to ensure compliant project advancement and efficient communication.

  • Step 1: Demand communication (clarifying project positioning, budget, and construction period);

    Step 2: On-site survey and scheme design (issuing preliminary schemes and cost estimates);

    Step 3: Contract signing (confirming service details and rights/responsibilities);

    Step 4: Project construction (real-time progress synchronization and quality supervision throughout the process);

    Step 5: Acceptance, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.

  • Absolutely. During the design stage, we will communicate with clients about scheme details at least 3 times, provide 3D renderings and material sample references, and optimize adjustments based on clients' opinions to ensure the final scheme meets expectations.

  • We use BIM technology for construction simulation to avoid process conflicts in advance; assign a dedicated project manager to track progress in real time and submit weekly progress reports; establish emergency plans and prepare alternative solutions in advance for issues such as material supply and weather impacts. Currently, the on-schedule delivery rate of our projects reaches 98%, and most projects can be completed ahead of schedule.

  • For safety: We form a special safety team to conduct daily inspections of construction standards and provide pre-job safety training for all staff. For quality: We strictly control the inspection and acceptance of building materials upon delivery; key construction processes require joint confirmation by clients and supervisors; final acceptance must comply with both national and industry standards.

  • We provide free after-sales operation & maintenance services for at least 2 years, including regular inspections, equipment maintenance, and fault repairs, with 24-hour response to after-sales needs. After the warranty period expires, clients can sign a long-term operation & maintenance agreement to ensure the long-term stable operation of the building.

  • We issue a detailed cost budget at the beginning of cooperation, clarifying the breakdown of various fees; during construction, we track cost expenditures in real time. If additional fees are incurred due to design adjustments or clients' additional needs, we will communicate and confirm in advance. There are no hidden charges to ensure transparent and controllable costs.
