The Prism Hub renovation project redefines the modern workspace by merging a high-tech, "clean metallic" aesthetic with a vibrant, human-centric design. The objective was to move away from the sterile corporate environment of the past and create a high-energy "Active Office" that promotes creativity through bold color saturation and ergonomic luxury.
Our team delivered a turnkey solution that balances the precision of industrial metals with the softness of contemporary lounge-inspired furniture.
Design & Construction Highlights
Metallic Precision: The architectural backbone of the office features brushed aluminum wall paneling, stainless steel trim, and custom-fabricated chrome partitions. These reflective surfaces maximize natural light and provide a sleek, futuristic framework.
Chromative Zoning: Instead of traditional signage, we used "Color Coding" to define zones. High-energy collaboration pods feature bold electric blue and citrus orange accents, while focus rooms utilize calming teal and soft violet to improve concentration.
Acoustic Comfort: To balance the hard metallic surfaces, we integrated high-density acoustic felt panels in matching bright hues and installed "cloud" ceiling baffles to ensure a quiet, productive soundscape.
The "Third Space" Lounge: Moving away from rigid cubicles, we constructed an expansive communal area outfitted with high-end modular sofas, velvet task chairs, and ergonomic "sit-to-stand" workstations that prioritize employee wellness.
