In response to "dual carbon" goals, this 120-mu project has 28 low-rise buildings, a kindergarten, community center and green space. We adopted prefabricated construction (80% prefab rate, 60% less waste), built rainwater recycling and rooftop solar systems. Flexible house types (85-140 ㎡) ensure ventilation. It won "Municipal Green Building" title; owner approval 98%, 20+ new clients via word-of-mouth.
