Located in the city's CBD (80,000 ㎡ total area), it integrates a high-end mall, Grade 5A office building and leisure square. We used BIM for construction simulation, optimized traffic flow, and chose A-class fire-resistant materials. With zoned construction and 20-person safety team, we delivered 20 days early (180-day cycle, zero accidents). Post-operation: mall daily flow >30,000, office occupancy 95%; client signed Phase II intention.
