Specific services include: arranging professional personnel to conduct comprehensive inspections of building structures, water and electricity systems, fire-fighting facilities, etc. regularly (quarterly/semi-annually) to timely identify potential risks; responding within 24 hours and arranging technical personnel to arrive for maintenance within 48 hours upon receiving equipment failure repair requests; and providing customers with operation & maintenance knowledge training and assisting in formulating daily maintenance plans.

Through comprehensive after-sales support, we effectively solve various problems during the use of the building, maximize the service life of the building and its facilities, protect the long-term investment value of customers and the long-term stable operation of the building, and reduce the energy input of customers in later operation & maintenance.
