This 300-mu town (ICH blocks, homestays, exhibition halls) balances culture and tourism. We restored 3 old dwellings (mortise-tenon craft + modern facilities), used local materials, and adopted decentralized homestay layout. Post-opening: 800,000 annual tourists, 200+ local jobs; won "Provincial Cultural Tourism Demonstration Project".
