Scope Overview

Typical Scope of Work

Kitchen equipment layout and workflow planning, exhaust hood sizing and installation, make-up air balancing, commercial dishwasher plumbing and drainage, walk-in cooler and freezer installation, stainless steel wall cladding, non-slip commercial flooring, grease interceptor installation, electrical upgrades for high-draw equipment, and back-of-house storage and prep area build-out.
